Lifetime Warranty
Your jewelry is meant to be lived in, not locked away. That's why every moissanite, lab-grown diamond, and lab-created gemstone from Pura Gems comes with our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects — covered for as long as you own your piece.
What's covered
If a stone we sold you develops a manufacturing defect — clouding, discoloration, or loss of brilliance under normal, everyday wear — we'll repair or replace it at our discretion. This applies to your center stone and any accent stones, for the lifetime of your ownership.
What's not covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers the stones in your piece — not the metal setting or band. It also doesn't cover:
- Normal wear on the metal, including scratches, bending, thinning, or gradual fading of plating
- Damage from accidents, impact, or rough handling
- Chips, cracks, or breaks from knocks or hard wear — even the hardest stones can be damaged by a sharp blow
- Loss or theft of a stone or piece
- Any alteration, resizing, or repair carried out by another jeweler — once someone else works on your piece, the warranty no longer applies
- Claims without valid proof of purchase from Pura Gems
How to make a claim
Email us at support@puragems.com with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the issue. We'll review it, confirm what's covered, and guide you through the next steps. For a covered stone, we'll repair or replace it and return your piece to you.
Caring for your piece
A little care keeps your jewelry looking its best. Store each piece separately so stones don't scratch the metal, take it off before cleaning, swimming, or anything hands-on, and clean it gently with warm water and a soft brush. Looked after well, your Pura Gems piece is made to shine for years to come.
