Every Pura Gems order ships free within the United States — fully insured, with signature required on delivery. No shipping fees, no customs duties, no import taxes. Your jewelry is fulfilled and shipped domestically, so it never crosses a border on its way to you.

Your ring is made to order. Each piece is individually crafted, set, and inspected by hand — a process that takes 10–14 business days. This is how we ensure every stone is perfectly set and every detail meets our standards before your jewelry leaves the workshop.

Once your order is crafted and inspected, it ships via UPS Express Shipping with signature required — delivered to your door in 2–3 business days.

Your order is insured for its full value from the moment it ships until it's signed for at your door. If anything happens in transit, you're completely covered.

Signature Required

Because your jewelry is valuable, UPS will require a signature on delivery — no packages left on doorsteps. If you won't be home, you can sign up for UPS My Choice to reschedule your delivery or redirect your package to a UPS Access Point.

Track Your Order

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with your UPS tracking number the moment it's on its way.
