Every Pura Gems order ships free within the United States — fully insured, with signature required on delivery. No shipping fees, no customs duties, no import taxes. Your jewelry is fulfilled and shipped domestically, so it never crosses a border on its way to you.

Your ring is made to order. Each piece is individually crafted, set, and inspected by hand — a process that takes 10–14 business days. This is how we ensure every stone is perfectly set and every detail meets our standards before your jewelry leaves the workshop.

Once your order is crafted and inspected, it ships via FedEx Express with signature required — delivered to your door in 3–5 business days.

Signature Required

Because your jewelry is valuable, FedEx will require a signature on delivery — no packages left on doorsteps. If you won't be home, you can use FedEx tracking to redirect your delivery to a FedEx pickup location or schedule a delivery date that works for you.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with your FedEx tracking number the moment it's on its way.
